No.

Yes… the guarantor has to have experience for ground up construction. This is still worth a conversation, please reach out to us in order to understand how to structure.

Does Chiltern Estates assist with SBA loans?

We now have an outlet for the SBA loans - - specifically the 504 and the SBA 7(a) products.

Does Chiltern Estates assist with refinancing?

At this time we are assisting our customers with Cash Out and Rate N Term financing. However, we do not assist with commercial Line Of Credits.

Does Chiltern Estates assist with financing residential properties?

Yes, financing for investment purposes are qualifiable, residential properties 1 to 4 units are acceptable properties under certain programs.
